A Clkear Purpose...
If I want ‘to walk for 30 minutes a day’, I could use a treadmill while watching Netflix.
If I want ‘to walk outside for 30 minutes a day’, I could walk around the block a few times.
If I want ‘to walk mindfully for 30 minutes a day’, I could walk the lanes and footpaths close to our home.
If I want ‘to walk to get fitter than I am now’, I could walk a hilly route, or a longer route (or both).
Or I could just go for a walk.
Not everything has to have a purpose, but when it does, it makes sense to be clear about what that purpose really is….
