A Constant Reminder...

A Constant Reminder...
A constant reminder...

A few weeks ago I wrote out our principles, purpose, vision and goals onto a single sheet of A4 paper and stuck it to the wall in front of my desk, and since then I have been filled with an increasingly powerful drive to achieve them.

But what exactly changed ?

Well firstly, my mind seems to be constantly looking for ways to achieve them - ideas are popping into my head as my subconscious shuffles around the various pieces of my mental jigsaw, and when I look at my to do list, I am actively seeking out the tasks that will make the biggest impact, rather than the easiest or most urgent thing. But mostly, it’s an attitude thing - the constant reminder of where I’m going and why, is giving me a focus and belief that was lacking before.

You don’t have to list out your principles, purpose, vision, goals and put them somewhere that you’ll be constantly reminded of them, but then again, you don’t have to achieve them either…
