A Leap Of Faith...

To escape my corporate life I set two financial milestones I must reach before I allowed myself to leave - I was confident that the knowledge and experience would just sort themselves out, but I was willing to stay a few more years to get my financial safety net in place.

For some, the level of knowledge or qualification required is non-negotiable. For others building experience and contacts are critical for success. And for a few, the need to just go, and go now, outweighs any plan.

Every big change needs a leap of faith, and we alone know how far we are willing (or able) to jump. But just make sure it’s not fear setting that target, because then we’ll end up with a jump we’ll never feel ready to take…
