A Life We Can Love...

A few years ago I would have taken these words to mean that we should try and cram as much into our days as we could - do more, rush more, increase efficiency, never stop….

These days my interpretation is quite different - it’s not about doing more, it’s about being intentional with the time we have, and whether it’s work or rest, it’s about using that time to gain and grow rather than to hide or ignore.

Our lives are made of moments as much as they are made of achievements. And a life we can love is made from a mixture of both…
