My first journal pages were written in my early 40’s - before that my thoughts lived pretty exclusively in my head.

I don’t write in my personal journal every day - in fact I can sometimes go weeks without writing a single word - but when I need it, my journal is there, helping me to understand what I’m thinking, and more often than not, helping me to work out a way forward.

Like many things with the power to change our lives for the better, it rarely matters when we start. What matters is that we get started…
