A tiny bit less horrible...

A tiny bit less horrible...

A tiny bit less horrible...

Over the past few days I have needed to interact with a lot of people - nurses, care givers, clerks and officials - and all have been good, professional people.

But one or two have have shown a level of tenderness, compassion and understanding that has touched my very soul - ordinary people, doing jobs that need to be done, but doing them in a way that has made a horrible time just a tiny bit less horrible.

This post if for those people, to let you know that I am grateful beyond measure, and it is also for me and you, because one day, we will be the good person trying to do a professional job, and we will have the opportunity to make someone else's horrible situation just a tiny bit less horrible…
