Achieving happiness...
I was thinking about happiness earlier, and it occurred to me that there are two main routes to greater happiness - we either need to become happier where we are, or we need to make changes to get to a place of greater happiness.
I believe that daily habits like meditation, mindfulness, exercise and journaling can make us happier, and I have also experienced the happiness-releasing power of change - not by reaching some far-off destination, but by changing through the journey.
Greater happiness is definitely possible, and it is entirely up to you if you choose one route or the other, or some combination of the two…
