All The Days After That...
A handwritten page inside an open notebook

At 18 I was naive and unfocused.
At 22 I was focused but arrogant.
At 27 I was semi-focused but hard-working.
At 29 I was working harder and still learning.
At 35 I was still working away but losing drive.
At 44 I was really fit but had lost my true self.
At 54 I’m more balanced and looking ahead.

I don’t know where you are on life’s journey, but you’ve been through plenty of your own phases already and, like me, have many more still ahead. Our past self made us who we are today, and who we are today will make us who we are tomorrow, and all the days after that…..
