Bigger course corrections...
The other morning I wrote about the need to make constant corrections to stay on-course during the day as little things crop up to distract us from our plans - like an aeroplane needing to continually readjust during flight.
And then this morning I realised that something similar, but worse, was happening at a higher level and I was allowing myself to drift in the pursuit of my bigger goals and purpose - less aeroplane nudged off-course, and more hot-air balloon just floating where the breeze takes me.
So this morning I re-stated my affirmations in my journal, and I’m going to do that every morning until they are firmly re-established in my mind.
Whether it’s daily plans or bigger goals, the need to stay on-course is the same, because without regular checks, who knows where we could end up…
