Building Daily Habits....
It sounds obvious, but good daily habits take time to build.
Estimates for how long they take to build vary from 7 days to 100 (my personal favourite is 22 days), but they all involve doing the same things day after day until the habit is built.
Some habits are harder to build than others - it’s easier to do something you love than to do something that’s really challenging - and occasionally we build a habit with good intentions, only to find that the result isn’t quite what we expected, but they all take time to build.
And every single one of them has to start on day one….
