Caring Less...

A quick scroll through your social feeds and you’ll probably find an idea that you agree with, followed by an idea that you don’t. There will be things that annoy/bother/worry you, things that make you laugh (or at least smile), and plenty of things that you couldn’t care less about. It’s designed that way, curated by an algorithm to grab our attention and not let go.

As the list of things we could care about increases, so does the risk that we will divert our energy, focus and emotion away from the things that actually matter….
