We are conditioned to believe that success is a destination - when we achieve X, Y and/or Z then we will be successful - but what if success were just a daily goal, simply a matter of being able to look back at the end of each day and ask ourselves ‘was I successful today’ ? 

And what if happiness, growth, mindfulness or any of the other states we seek worked in exactly the same way…?
