Controlled flexibility...
When an unexpected event turns up, Chaos is usually not far behind - lurking around the corner, waiting to jump out and surprise us when we least expect (or need it).
At that point we usually do one of two things, we either give into Chaos, or we try to control it - neither of which usually work out that well.
This time, I am going to try something new, something I’m calling ‘CONTROLLED FLEXIBILITY’ - maintaining clear sight of WHAT needs to be done, but being flexible about WHEN it gets done.
I’m sure Chaos is smiling wryly as I write this, lacing up its biggest boots, ready to teach me a big lesson - but Chaos hasn’t seen my notebook and my To Do list, and doesn’t know what I can ACHIEVE when I fix my mind on my purpose and start ticking things off…
