"You can’t pour from an empty cup."
I started the year feeling very much like an empty cup, so I decided to do something about it and made a list of 'cup-filling strategies' - things that have worked in the past when I needed to recharge and refill - and started doing them again.

2. Renewed focus on Daily Habits
3. Daily Intention, Planning and Goals
4. Journaling every morning
5. Being challenging yet kind with myself
6. Looking for ways to bring more joy to the day.
I feel better than I did, and although my cup is still far from full, it’s getting a little less empty every day….
