Dealing With Uncertainty...
When I first started meditating, I mistakenly believed that in time I would learn to calm my mind and empty it of all thoughts. What I actually learned is that the thoughts still come, but the skill is to acknowledge those thoughts and let them go.
It’s the same with learning how to deal with uncertainty - no words or advice are going to make our fears magically disappear, but with time and practice we will come to see them for what they are, just more random thoughts, and when that happens, their power invariably begins to fade…
