Decisions...

Someone recently posted in one of the entrepreneurial groups I’m a member of about how difficult their on-line trading had been recently, along with a very long list of all of the problems they had been having. They wanted advice on whether to persevere, or give up.

The thing is, we’ve all done it - when faced with a big/difficult/scary decision, we look for ways to let ourselves off the hook; we pretend we’re asking for advice, when what we’re really asking for is permission.

But we don’t grow by getting others to make our decisions for us - growth comes from overcoming our challenges, not by avoiding them completely….
