Decisions, decisions...
Why is it that we can make some decisions in an instant, yet others seem to take us forever ?
It’s certainly not because of the size or impact of the decision - I proposed to my wife one evening without having really thought about it beforehand, yet I have just spent 4 days trying to decide which of two lawyers I should meet about a simple bit of paperwork.
What I have learned is that if the water is already clear we need to act before something (or someone) comes along and stirs up the mud, but if it’s already murky, it’s best to wait for it to settle so we can see where it is safe to proceed…
