But only if you define success as achieving that one idea.

I don’t.

For me, success is a number of ideas - that growth is more important than achievement, that doing the right thing is more important than doing the easy thing, that taking responsibility is more important than taking credit, and that family is more important than everything.

I do have one idea that drives the work I do, but if I achieve it at the expense of everything else, then ‘successful’ will be the last thing I’ll be…
