Don't think, just do !
I’m very intrigued by the idea of using rules, principles, affirmations and goals as a way to remove the need for lots of the tiny, ‘should I, shouldn’t I’ decisions we ponder over every day - not only do they save the finite amounts of willpower we have each day to use on the more important stuff, but they allow for lots more ‘don’t think, just do’ moments as way to reduce procrastination, and get the uncomfortable things done before the brain has chance to wake up and say ‘heyyy, I’m afraid of that’.
I know it’s not as simple as just putting some stuff on the wall and suddenly becoming a master of effectiveness, but the more I use it the more I find it works….
