Fear Into Joy...
Many words have been written about how FEAR can hold us back and stop us doing the positive work we’re meant to do - I know because I’ve had some of those feelings and written some of those words…
But contrary to its bad rap, FEAR can be a helpful motivator too. In my own case, a fear of future ill health pushed me to exercise on the days I didn’t feel like it, and a fear of not knowing ‘enough’ was the original driver for my daily habit of learning. And interestingly, both of those habits might started out based on fear but grew over time into habits that deliver daily JOY.
Fear is a natural and basic human emotion, but it doesn’t have to hold us back - it can push us purpose-fully forward too…
