Good ideas...

I have forgotten more of my great ideas than I have acted upon - don’t get me wrong, I’m not some amazing idea generator, I have forgotten even more bad ideas - it’s just that I know that I have lost some great ones forever.

I too used to think that if the idea was important enough I would remember it later, or that it would come around again when I needed it, but in reality, ideas have a half-life - unless we take action while they are new, we risk losing them forever.

I try to write down all of my ideas down now - it doesn’t make them any better, but it does keep the good ones alive until I’m ready for them….
