How and Why...
I've just started reading Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg, and I’ve leaned that the way I built my daily reading habit (refining a way that wasn’t working - read for an hour in the evening - by making it simpler and linking it to something I enjoy - reading for 30 minutes in the morning with a nice coffee) was a perfect example of how to build a strong habit. Yay me… :-\
