Intention Is Born From Reflection...

Weekends have always been my favourite time for reflection - early in the morning before the rest of the house is awake, a good cup of coffee on my desk and a notebook open and waiting for my thoughts. In my corporate days it’s where I designed my escape plan, 8 years ago it’s where I conceived my business, and today it’s where I create and shape my future. 

Moving forward requires intentional action, but intention is born from reflection….
