And hard work without intention is like chopping down a really big tree, and then wondering what to do with all the wood.
Working really hard can bring a certain sense of satisfaction, but unless we keep checking our intention and direction, we risk wasting all of that effort on the all the wrong tasks.
Five or ten minutes each day is enough to make sure that we’re doing the right work - cutting just the timber we need, rather than supplying the world with even more toothpicks…
