My first foray into the self-employed world, Executive Coaching, wasn’t for me, but I learned a lot about myself in the process. My personal development has been through many iterations, and has seen a LOT of false starts and daft intentions, but a handful of powerful habits have stuck. In trying help, I have missed the mark more times than I want to remember, but occasionally I have been able to offer a useful perspective.
