(Not) Breaking The Rules...
When we set out to achieve our goals, it’s almost inevitable that we will stray off-course from time to time, and whilst habit is great for keeping us moving forward, sometimes we need to identify what isn’t working and act accordingly.
For me that often means re-defining the rules - a list of do’s and don’ts to remind myself of each morning, to keep me on track and focused on achieving my goals.
I’ve never really enjoyed following others’ rules, but when they’re mine, I know what breaking them really means…
