One Day At A Time...

On Monday 11th January 2016 I posted a John Lennon quote and an idea to write down three things we’re grateful for. I thought I might try posting something every day for a week.

I managed that, and thought it might be good to continue until the end of the month.

And then 100 days.

And then a year.

And then 1,000 days.

I never set out to post every day, and yet here we are, 5 years and 1,827 days later, and not a day missed.

You don’t need to set out with life-long intentions - you can just start and see how things build, one day at a time…
