Set a goal to hit a specific number, and we may or may not develop ourselves* along the way.

In an ideal world we would be able to set a goal to develop ourselves* AND hit a specific number. But it’s rarely an ideal world, so when it can only be one or the other, it might just help to know which is more important to us…
