One word...

OK, so this is a deep one…

Yesterday I attended a mindfulness and happiness workshop, and one of the questions was “what one word sums up our purpose in life ?”.

There were plenty of opinions - happiness, love, service, achievement, fun, community - but one word sprang into my mind immediately - legacy.

That doesn’t mean I think that the others aren’t also right, it just means that for me, leaving behind work that is of value to others is the purpose I want for my time on this planet.

Of course, now I’m going to ask YOU what one word you think sums up our purpose in life….?
