We all (hopefully) know that social media platforms keep us on-line by using an algorithm to present us with things that we are more likely to like - watch and like a few puppy videos, and guess what will show up in your feed…?

But, as I was journaling the other morning, I started thinking about how the subconscious mind is just like an algorithm - the more we think about or pursue an idea, the more we seem to see opportunities related to it in our daily lives.
