Perseverance...

This is one of my favourite quotes, and it can pull me forward on the days when I’m ‘just not feeling it’ but I know that there is still important work to be done.

I realised a long time ago that responsibility and perseverance go hand in hand - both are a choice that we get to make every time the easiest thing to do is give up. Perseverance builds strength, and strength helps us to live up to our responsibilities - not only to others, but our responsibility to ourselves to make this day better than the day before.

Easy doesn’t get you anywhere worth going.
