About 15 years ago, when I started trying to get fit, it hurt a lot - in fact I only got into triathlon because I couldn’t do the same type of exercise for two consecutive days without a lot of discomfort, so I rotated between running, swimming and cycling to make things easier.
Sometimes when change feels uncomfortable we do just need to dig deep and push through, but other times the discomfort is there to remind us that there might be a different way to get to the other side - one that might lead to greater heights than we ever thought possible when we began…
