Preparing A Tuning Fork...

I once heard the idea that our purpose is like a tuning fork, giving us a perfect note to help us align our actions.

I loved the image that idea created, and it got me thinking that our core values are like a tuning fork too, and that whenever we feel lost, frustrated or uncomfortable, it’s because our actions are out of harmony with the pure tone of our values, principles and beliefs.

Committing our core values to paper is like preparing a tuning fork for future use - when things feel a little flat and out of tune, a little reading and reflection on those values may just give us the harmony we need…
