Prioritisation Is Key...
Sometimes we have too many things to do.
Working longer days might be okay in the short-term, but one thing we can rely on is that work will always expand to meet the time we make available to it, and so pretty soon, every day will become a longer day.
Prioritisation is key - making a list of what needs to get done, with the most important stuff at the top, and then working through that list in that order for a pre-determined, realistic amount of time. Not everything on the list will get done, but in my experience, the stuff at the bottom probably wasn’t that important anyway….
