Pulling Together...

I prefer to plan.

To be in control of my workload.

To be the one deciding what gets done next.

But, like the Rolling Stones tell us - ‘you can’t always get what you want…..’

So we have to react.

To do what needs to be done.

To let others set the priorities.

Because what we can achieve by pulling together is often a great deal more than we can achieve by pulling apart…
