Remember How Far You've Come...

When I’m really fit, I can walk a 13:00 minute/mile pace, but at the moment it’s a real effort to get under 13:30. Our sales are well down this weekend because we don’t offer Black Friday ‘deals’. Right now I’m about 10lbs heavier than I was in the summer.

But…

A few years ago, walking a mile in under 15 minutes was a real achievement. This weekend our sales will be higher than our first three months of business combined. And my current weight is 39lbs lower than it was 15 years ago, and less than it was this time last year.

There are always going to be bumps in the road on the way to achieving our best - that’s why it’s so important to remember how far we’ve already come…
