Results Driven

Results Driven
Results driven...

Results driven. It sounds good. There’s a clear end point. Success (or failure) is easy to prove. And great results feel, well, great.

But just focusing on the result does a disservice to the work. To the challenges overcome. To the days when the end seemed further away, not closer. To the skills we can use again and again. To the sheer bloody-minded perseverance.

Results driven might sound good, but to be focused on simply doing our best work every singleday ? To me, that sounds even better.
