I like to think I have well-defined, purposeful goals, even if they need revising or restating every now and then.
I like to think I am relatively focused, work hard and get the necessary work done, even though some days I’m all over the place.
I have read plenty of books about personal productivity and performance, and I am learning new ways to improve that performance all of the time.
And I know that it is better to focus on effectiveness rather than busy work.
But some days you just need to write a long list of all of the crap that needs sorting, and then start at number one and do the bloody work.
Today is one of those days…
