Start dancing...

From my late teens to my late 20s, I used to dance a lot - it helped that we had the best music back then, but in reality I danced because I enjoyed it and I didn’t care what other people thought.

As I got older, through my 30s and 40s, I stopped dancing - I focused too much on being serious and on what others would think.

I assumed my dancing days were over.

But now, at the start of my 50’s I have realised that I have got my rhythm back - small moves and tapping of feet mostly, but every dance has to start somewhere.

It’s never too late to start dancing again.

In fact, it’s never too late to start anything again….
