Starting With Day One...
It sounds obvious, but good daily habits take time to build. Estimates for how long vary from 7 days to 100 (my personal favourite is 22 days), but they all involve doing the same things, day after day, until the habit is built.
Some habits are harder to build than others - it’s easier to do something you love than to do something that’s really challenging - but either way, they all take time to build.
And every single one of them starts with Day One….
