I think we all have that picture in our minds, of the person we know we can be. Some days that person is like a twin, and other days like some long-lost relative, but that person is always there, showing us what could be.
I wonder what would happen if we decided to do one thing today to take us closer to that ideal self ?
And I also wonder whether, if we did one thing every day, it would stop being our ‘ideal self’, and would simply become our self…
