The Spark Of Habit...
Morning mediation has helped me to cope with the ups and downs of daily life a little better.
Daily walking has kept me (relatively) fit and healthy.
Daily writing keeps me intentional, and encourages me to learn and reflect on the ideas I like to share.
Habit provides the spark for so many of the things we do each day, and once we learn how it works, we can use it time and time again to kick-start our day, and keep us moving in the right direction….
