How often has that chilled/exciting/productive day we promised ourselves ended with us doing none of what we planned, sitting there at night, frustrated that we wasted the day ?

Over the years, I have learned that when I have no clear structure to my days, my days end up delivering very little. We need structure to our days to keep us moving forward, and to give us the reminders we need to get done what needs to be done.
