The Way We've Always Done...
We generally do things the way we’ve always done them.
It works.
It’s comfortable.
It’s the best way to do them.
But we forget that everything else is in a constant state of change - people, activities, services - they’re all changing, all of the time. And then, little by little, or all of a sudden, we realise that the way we always do something REALLY isn’t the best way any more….
