The Worst Decision...

Some decisions are easy because the are in perfect alignment with our core values, and other decisions are made easier because they help us to move away from something that is against those values. But the hardest decisions are the ones which cause conflict BETWEEN our core values - where a course of action matches one value, but challenges another.

In these cases, we can fall back on time (to see if any of the variables change) or to priorities (which values are more important than the others), but at some point, we will have to make the decision because sometimes ‘no decision’ is the worst decision of all…
