There's Always A Fix...

My early career was in computer software testing, finding the scenarios and keystrokes that caused the system to fail. I was very good at it (much to the programmers’ annoyance) but whatever the problem, they would fix it - they changed the code or found a workaround, and next time I tested, the problem was gone.

Thankfully that job is long-gone, but the lesson remains - whenever we challenge ourselves to try something new, we might well find some unexpected problems, but given a little time and thought, there is always a fix…
