A (very) long time ago I used to work in IT support, and we found that a reboot - turning everything off and on again - resolved 90% of the ‘problems’ we were presented with. The reason was simple - computer memory got corrupted by bad programming and by users running programs that they no longer needed, and a reboot cleared out the memory and allowed everything to start again fresh. 

This week I felt the need for a reboot in my morning routine and so far it’s working well - greater clarity and, dare I say it, greater satisfaction have resulted. 

Weekends are the perfect time for a reboot. Do you need to flick the switch on a routine of yours….?
