Today I Get To Grow...

Today I get to play with the grown ups.

Today I get to combine the knowledge and skills I used to have with the knowledge and skills I learned since.

Today I get to have my assumptions challenged, my ideas pulled apart, and my conclusions subjected to rigorous scrutiny.

Today I get to listen to other points of view, be prepared to change my mind, and concede that others might know a great deal more than me.

In other words, today I get to grow.
