When I first started my business, it felt like every challenge I faced had the potential to completely scupper everything. 

These days, I would struggle to even class some of those things as challenges, and now, even when bigger things go wrong, experience has taught me that I will eventually be able to figure out a solution and move on. 

We are constantly developing, and every challenge overcome is another strength built. In fact, the only challenge left to overcome is the one where we don’t believe in our ability to resolve anything that comes our way…..
