What Not To Do...
It’s really easy to get swept up with day-to-day activities and routines, and suddenly we’re looking back and asking ourselves ‘so what exactly did I do this week ?’
Weekends are a great time for reflection - the quiet of early morning, a coffee and my journal give me the space to reflect on what I have achieved, and the real reasons I didn’t do everything I set out to do.
Having a plan is great for knowing what needs to be done, but sometimes we need to make a list of what not to do too….
